Clay Roofing Special Award for Architectural Merit 2008
The Clay Roof Tile Council presented Adrian James Architects with the following awards at their biennial awards ceremony in September 2008:
Commendation for Muswell House Piddington in the New Self-Build category.
Commendation for 88 Cumnor Hill in the New Housing category.
Special Award for Architectural Merit: a new award specifically created to acknowledge both buildings' design excellence.
